• for stays of more than twoo weeks, 20 % discount on every following wee
• 15 % short booking diskount with one week or less before arrival

• Check-in time: 04.00 to 10.00 pm

Conditions

• the basic price is always for the entire house and for two people per day including VAT
• for each additional person we calculate 25,00 €/day (maximum six people)
• child until 3 years old 15,00 €/day
• baby cot with no cost
• your four-leged friend is also welcome to come along, we calculate an extra charge of € 15.00 per day for him
• the local tax is € 2,60 per day for all persons aged 14 and over
• on arrival we charge a deposit of € 100.00, which you will get back on the day of your departure if the key has been handed over, the apartment has been left clean and intact and the garbage has been disposed of separately
• a reservation is considered confirmed if a deposit of 30 % of the total price has been transferred (IBAN: IT 85 H 08020 58910 000300002666, SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21109)
• the entire stay has to be payed in between 3 days before the arrival
• cancellation fees: if the booking is canceled more than 4 weeks (1 month) before arrival, we do not charge any fees and the deposit will be fully refounded; in the event of cancellation between 4 and 1 week before arrival, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit; in case of early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be charged

• Wireless Inernet access
• Starter set: two dishwasher tabs, degradable dish and liquid soap, garbage bags (each bucket one), cleaning rags, 2 rolls of toilet paper
• we provide each guest with a set of bed linen and two sets of hand and bath towels per week’s stay (more can be provided on request and at an additional cost)
• final cleaning (except in the case of heavy soiling, in which case the deposit will be retained)
